AS FOR ME . . .

I currently live in the mountains of North Carolina where I worked for 17 years as the librarian at an elementary school filled with students like the ones you’ll meet in my stories.

I gained my expertise bottle feeding lambs, harnessing horses, and (I’m embarrassed to admit) running from roosters while working on a farm at a summer camp, and my pro-wrestling knowledge is courtesy of a black and white TV equipped with rabbit ears and a large piece of aluminum foil.  I've explored seas, lakes, and swamps all over the world, and although I haven't yet been swimming with a Benvarry or discovered a ghost guarding treasure, I keep hoping.
